ITP installation. Hot water

What is an individual thermal point? Who installs and manages the activity of an ITP?

The installation of Individual Thermal Points allows us to carry out the reconstruction of the heating system and the supply of hot water in the households with the installation of individual heat meters in each apartment. "CET-Nord" SA will carry out all the design and installation of the new ITP and all distribution networks up to the meter.

Apartment owners will only pay the costs of installing the aqueduct network from the meter and inside the apartment. For the implementation of this reconstruction project, the agreement of all apartment owners connected to central heating is necessary.

INDIVIDUAL TERMIC POINT is a set of modern equipment that allows the transfer of thermal energy from the city's centralized system to the internal building system.

Thanks to them, hot water is prepared directly in the basement of the block, and the heat is delivered evenly at the desired temperature.

The main equipment of a ITP includes:

1. Heat exchanger for connecting the internal heating circuit;

2. Heat exchanger for the preparation of domestic hot water;

3. Electrical automation, programming and control panel;

4. Circular pump on the internal heating circuit,

5. Recirculation pump for the household hot water internal circuit;

6. Regulator for regulating and maintaining temperature in the internal heating circuit;

7. Pressure regulator on the primary circuit;

8. Regulator for maintaining the temperature of hot water supplied to the household.

Residents of blocks where individual heat points are installed can benefit from the water supply service. In houses the centralized hot water supply system must be rehabilitated on the basis of a technical project.

For economic operators the conditions are similar.

These services have many advantages for consumers from both quality and economic perspective. According to statistics, consumers connected to the centralized hot water supply service pay no more than 50 lei per 1 m3, whereas those who prepare the same quantity of water with an electric boiler end up spending over 120 lei.

The amount of hot water prepared by the ITP installed by the CET-Nord is not limited as in the case of a boiler, is counted individually and the service is continuous and ensures comfort in use.
